HTML around X-Page View Control

Hi all,

I am new to X-Pages and have started to play around with it.

The standard look and feel of the view control is nice and I want to use that in my existing domino app.

Currently I have pages with HTML, for page structure etc …, with an embedded view, for example.

Am I able to replace my old view with the x-page control .. ?

Or perhaps wrap my existing html around the view control in the x-page.. ?

Can I actually put HTML on an x-page .. ?

I have tried that to no avail but perhaps I am missing something obvious as I am a newby to these features.

Many thanks for any help and pointers.

You can write HTML on the Source pane, which shows the XPages controls as XML. Because it is XML all your HTML tags will need to be valid xHTML.

Hi,

Thanks for that. Would you be able to give me some pointers as to syntax .. ?

I tried just adding in a table so that my x-page view can show within but it doesn't seem to work.

I'm obviously missing something.
